Head of Capability
Samantha is Systematiq’s Head of Capability, with a broad skillset from a variety of employment sectors over the past 20 years. This includes working as an Education Officer with the Royal Australian Air Force where Samantha facilitated working groups to determine the training requirements of different occupational groups, and subsequently utilise this data to inform future training requirements.
Samantha’s experience extends to leadership within the primary and secondary education sectors where Samantha demonstrated a high level of skill in collection and analysis of data to evaluate student achievement levels and subsequently design and deliver professional training to teachers to improve student achievement levels. Her expertise includes workplace analysis, training design and development, course instruction, evaluation of training, and data management.
