Our usual approach is for firm fixed price projects, based upon defined outcomes. This enables us to ensure our clients achieve value for money on their specific needs. However, we also offer a flexible approach, where our team can be engaged on a Time and Materials basis to help scope projects and requirements that can then be delivered for a fixed price.

Role Description

  • Assisting the lead engineer with the delivery of technical (engineering), operational and logistics support in order to develop the design of a capability through a Detailed Design Review phase, a build and integration phase, a verification, validation and test phase and introduction into service.
  • Applying configuration management concepts, practices, and policies.
  • Authoring, drafting and reviewing project and technical deliverables.
  • Coordinating configuration management activities such as audits.
  • Developing configuration management plans and procedures.
  • Liaising with stakeholders.
  • Recording engineering changes and technical artefacts.
  • Managing the registering and updating of project and technical artefacts, contract deliverables and documentation.
  • Producing briefs, presentations and reports as required.
  • Supporting the technical certification of the capability.

Role Description

  • Assisting the lead engineer with the delivery of technical (engineering), operational and logistics support in order to develop the design of a capability through a Detailed Design Review phase, a build and integration phase, a verification, validation and test phase.
  • Applying engineering concepts, practices, and theories to test and evaluate the mission system design.
  • Authoring, drafting and reviewing project and technical deliverables.
  • Coordinating supporting activities associated with design, test and evaluation with particular reference to validation and verification activities including developing and managing the delivery of project and technical work packages.
  • Developing test and evaluation plans and procedures.
  • Liaising with stakeholders in order to progress through design to delivery and testing of the capability.
  • Managing and recording engineering changes as well as supporting investigations as required.
  • Managing the registering and updating of project and technical artefacts, contract deliverables and documentation.
  • Supporting the technical certification of the capability including the coordinating of test and evaluation activities, recording outcomes and producing reports.
