Head of Project Delivery and Capability
Ben is Systematiq’s Head of Project Delivery and Capability and oversees our team of project and account managers. Ben has over 15 years’ experience as an Executive Program Director within the Commonwealth Government Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (GASG), delivering large capability procurements of equipment and logistical support to the Australian Defence Force.
Specialising in leadership and program management with a proven ability to unite multifaceted teams across disperse locations and achieve successful program delivery. Ben is a people-first leader who builds high performing and cohesive teams. His experience and achievements are underpinned by formal education in leadership, business management, organisational psychology, and program management.
